Job Description

Join a fast-growing, Barcelona-based industrial technology company developing innovative manufacturing systems for small-scale plastic production. Their proprietary solution combines advanced 3D printing and low-pressure casting, providing an efficient, high-quality alternative to traditional mold-based processes. Clients range from creative industries like tabletop gaming and collectibles to technical sectors including prototyping, jewelry, and engineering.


As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the global expansion of our solution. You will assist senior sales managers in the sales cycle, from lead qualification and CRM management to client follow-up and technical presentations (training provided). This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in industrial B2B sales, working with cutting-edge technology in an international, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads across international markets (Europe, North America, Asia)
  • Support in product demonstrations and client onboarding
  • Prepare and follow up commercial offers and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate with marketing to support inbound lead conversion
  • Attend international fairs or industry events (occasional travel)
  • Liaise with engineering and product teams to understand technical needs


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or lead generation (internships included)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in 3D printing, manufacturing technologies, or creative industries
  • Well fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proactive, organised, eager to learn.
