In a recruitment role, you can earn commission based on successfully placing candidates with clients. Recruiters receive a percentage of the placement fees generated by their successful placements in a additional to salary.

Base Salary:
Graduate - €33,500
Non-Graduate - €31,500
Average Salary + Commission Earnings
Year 1: €45,000 -€50,000 Year 2: €75,000 -80,000k Year 3: €115,000
