Junior Project Manager - RF & Defence Projects

As the Junior Project Manager, you'll support project coordination across engineering and operational teams, helping ensure schedules, actions and deliverables are tracked effectively.

Responsibilities include

• Supporting the planning and coordination of engineering projects
• Tracking timelines, actions, risks and project milestones
• Working closely with engineering teams to maintain project momentum and delivery visibility
• Supporting customer and stakeholder communication where required
• Assisting with reporting, documentation and meeting coordination
• Helping ensure projects remain organised and aligned to delivery targets

What you'll bring

• Around 3-5 years' experience within defence, engineering, military or technical environments
• Interest in developing a long-term career within project management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently with engineering and operational teams
• Structured mindset with good attention to detail
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
• Ex-forces backgrounds are highly encouraged
