Junior Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation

A global leader in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Program. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious project professional who has a solid understanding of project management fundamentals and is eager to learn from experienced delivery leaders while contributing to a high-profile international transformation initiative.

You will work closely with a Senior Project Manager and collaborate with Finance, Business, and IT stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure project activities are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend project meetings, document actions, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of agreed activities.
  • Track and manage project actions, risks, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple workstreams.
  • Gather progress updates from Finance, Business, and Technology teams and provide status reports to the Lead Project Manager.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including Key Design Documents and other project deliverables.
  • Assist team members with project processes, governance requirements, and tools such as Jira.
  • Monitor milestones and proactively remind stakeholders of upcoming deadlines and deliverables.
  • Help consolidate project information for leadership reporting and steering committee updates.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across a diverse international stakeholder group.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Junior Project Manager, or similar project support role.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and delivery processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience tracking actions, risks, issues, and project updates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting Finance, SAP, ERP, or transformation projects would be an advantage.
