Job Description
Junior Product Developer & Buyer Role Purpose

This role sits at the centre of how our product comes to life, from early concepts through to production and launch. You'll support the development of new styles, work closely with suppliers, and help manage the product range as it moves through the season. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a collection is built from start to finish and gain experience across both product development and buying.

What You'll Do Product Development
  • Support the development of new styles from concept through to production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on samples, timelines, and development updates.
  • Track samples, fittings and product feedback.
  • Help maintain product information including fabrics, trims, specs, and costs.
  • Support fittings and keep development notes organised and up to date.
Buying & Product Management
  • Support range planning and help keep the seasonal product line organised.
  • Assist in managing product quantities and purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Monitor product performance and help identify opportunities for reorders or adjustments.
  • Maintain product trackers, line plans, and seasonal documentation.
  • Help prepare product presentations and internal reviews.
Supplier & Timeline Coordination
  • Stay in regular contact with suppliers on development progress and delivery timelines.
  • Help track the critical path to ensure product arrives on schedule.
Product Organisation
  • Support the team in keeping product development moving smoothly.
  • Maintain sample libraries and product documentation.
  • Support product meetings, fittings, and seasonal reviews.
Who This Role Would Suit
  • 3+ years experience working in product development or buying within an apparel brand.
  • A curious and proactive person with a good eye for product and a real interest in fashion.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple products and timelines.
  • Comfortable working with product trackers, line plans, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal teams.
