Job Description
  • Assist with the delivery of strategic projects by maintaining action logs, tracking completion statuses, and sending reminders to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create ad-hoc analysis and reports to support oversight as requested by the Business Operations Manager or COO.
  • Provide administrative support for Operational Resilience by maintaining master tracking of incidents, actions, and lessons learned.
  • Organise project and governance meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and logging follow-up actions.
  • Support the Business Operations Manager and Bermuda Compliance Manager with monitoring compliance with outsourcing requirements and supplier performance.
  • Assist with ongoing enhancements to intragroup service performance monitoring.
  • Suggest methods to drive automation and improve the efficiency of processes handled by the Operations Team.
  • Identify ways to enhance oversight of Business Operations by generating interactive dashboards and visual reports, making operational data accessible to stakeholders.
  • Assist with monitoring regulatory requirements by supporting the completion of process gap analysis.
  • Help create training materials related to Operational Resilience.
  • Review existing processes and suggest improvements based on current best practices or modern approaches, tools, and methodologies.

What you will bring: (Experience requirements)

  • A recent graduate or currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • Can demonstrate completion of key coursework or projects in areas such as accounting, finance, management and/or economics or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated professionalism, strong work-ethic and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft Teams.
