Junior Mechanical Engineer - HVAC

This is a site-based role, though candidates must be within commutable distance of Bridgwater or open to relocating, with support available for the right individual.

As a Junior HVAC Engineer, you will support the delivery of HVAC systems across a major nuclear construction programme, gaining hands on experience in a complex, highly regulated environment.

You will play a key role in resolving on site technical challenges and ensuring installation activities progress safely and efficiently.

• Support HVAC installation works in line with engineering drawings and specifications
• Assist in responding to technical queries raised by construction teams
• Review field change requests and non conformance reports for clarity and accuracy
• Liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve site issues
• Help track engineering issues and contribute to performance reporting
• Identify and escape installation or documentation non conformances
• Maintain clear communication between site teams and engineering stakeholders
• Support consistent application of approved engineering solutions on site
