Introduction
  • Welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Efficiently organize and manage reservations and seating arrangements in the restaurant or event area.
  • Ensure close cooperation with the kitchen and service staff to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and resolve complaints in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
  • Guide and support service staff when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the guest areas.
  • Actively support the Maître d'Hôtel in daily operations and organization.
  • Oversee restaurant procedures and ensure high quality and service standards.
  • Assist with billing and payment processes.
Your main tasks
  • The possibility to rent accommodation in one of our staff houses, centrally located in Zermatt or Täsch
  • Employee, family & friends room rates and other discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)
  • A fitness room is available for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt
  • Access to our pool area during dedicated employee swimming hours
  • Through our development program, you have access to various courses, for example with the company Ritzy
  • Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card
  • Employees who are unable or do not wish to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt are supported-together with our partner hotels-in finding a complementary position
