About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing & Content Creator to support our recruitment marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, digital media, or content creation who is eager to gain hands on experience in a fast paced environment.

If you live on TikTok, spot trends before your friends do, and love creating content that gets seen - this one's for you. You'll help us attract the next generation of cabin crew through bold campaigns, scroll stopping content, and smart digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating eye-catching content for recruitment events (think reels, TikToks, stories & posts)
  • Coming up with fun, fresh campaign ideas that drive applications
  • Making sure our job ads land in front of the right people, not just more people
  • Managing and boosting roles across job boards and digital channels
  • Tracking what's working (and what's not) - and levelling it up
  • Staying ahead of social trends and jumping on them fast
  • Posting and managing cabin crew inspired content that people want to engage with
About You
  • A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Basic understanding of analytics, paid ads, or job boards is a plus
  • Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
