Job Description
Requirements 
- Practitioner-level expertise in Spanish law
- Experience working with commercial contracts
- Working knowledge of English law in practice
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
- A genuine interest in working in the Space Sector
- The focus of the role is day-to-day commercial legal work, while also contributing to more complex and innovative projects in the space sector
- Working closely with the General Counsel, you'll manage your own matters end-to-end, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement contracts and customer agreements
- Supporting commercial transactions with appropriate supervision
- Providing legal support on complex space-related projects and transactionsManaging assigned legal matters independently while escalating risks when needed
- Working closely with teams across the business - including Revenue, Procurement and Supply Chain - to provide pragmatic legal advice
- Translating legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
