Summary:As a Junior Learning Designer, you'll learn how to design accessible, visually engaging learning experiences that support a range of audiences and outcomes. From scripting content and selecting visuals, to building interactive modules using a variety of authoring tools, you'll be hands-on in creating digital learning that really works. Working alongside project managers and cross-functional teams, you'll also gain experience in the full design process.You'll bring strong communication skills, a natural curiosity about how people learn, and a keen eye for structure and clarity. With a proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for learning, you'll have the space to develop your confidence and capability while contributing to projects that make a real difference for our customers.Responsibilities:
Learn to create digital experiences that are accessible, effective and visually engaging
Script clear, concise and engaging content for varied audiences and learning outcomes
Select appropriate screen types, imagery and interactions to enhance learning
Build interactive digital learning modules using our chosen authoring tools (currently Adapt and Storyline)
Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams
Provide time estimates and methodically log work
Deliver exceptional customer service at all timesKey Skills:
