Junior IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end IT support across a dynamic trading floor and wider business

Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM with Jamf

Deploy and maintain MacOS and Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, and software

Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless operations

Tackle high-priority technical issues in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

2+ years of IT support experience in a fast-moving industry

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

Exposure to Microsoft 365, Jamf, Active Directory, and device deployment

A keen desire to learn, grow, and develop within a top-tier trading firm

Bachelors degree (preferably in computer science) or relevant experience

Salary/Benefits:

€45K-€55K
