Junior Investment Operations Analsyt

Our Client, a high performing investment management firm, are seeking a junior middle office operations candidate to join their growing presence in Dublin City Centre. This role offer a strong career path & exposure to working within an investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experince working to deadlines & have exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day middle office and investment operations.
• Assist with trade processing, settlements and reconciliations.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers and fund administrators to resolve issues.
• Monitor cash and position breaks, escalating discrepancies where required.
• Maintain accurate portfolio and investment data across internal systems.
• Assist with operational reporting and process improvements.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years operations experince
• Technical knowhow including MS office suite & excel
