Our client: Junior Analyst Mobility and Employee Benefits H/F Our client: A major watchmaking company in Geneva, specialized in luxury. Junior Analyst Mobility and Employee Benefits H/F Job Description Mobility: Support transfers and follow up on procedures for expatriates and their families (visa, permits, moving, etc.); Collaborate closely with partners to ensure high-quality service Follow-up & Reporting: Update and maintain tracking files, and activity dashboards HR Data: Support governance of data (quality, updates, etc.) Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Assist in analyzing and implementing data policies, consistency checks, and support campaigns/studies as needed Contribution to ongoing processes and tools Projects & Meetings: Participate in ad hoc projects; manage meetings (logistics, material preparation, documentation follow-up) Support & Documentation: Create presentation materials (PowerPoint) and write internal/external communication for the department Profile University/HES degree (HR, management, finance, economics, or similar) A minimum of 2 years of successful experience ideally with exposure to mobility and benefits or in an analytical HR environment Fluent in French and proficient in English both written and spoken (C1 level) Comfortable with numbers, analyzing data, and making sense of it Proficiency in MS Office tools, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of an HRIS/ERP is a plus in Switzerland Required Qualities Teamwork-oriented Flexible and autonomous Detail-oriented and rigorous Entry date: no later than the end of December Absolute discretion guaranteed in our processes. jiddbbccdcaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
