Leonard Curtis is a market leading professional services provider operating across the UK. We support business owners and advisors with practical solutions and tailored advice in restructuring and insolvency, funding, law, and business services.
Responsibilities- Manage own caseload from inception to handover or closure (subject to level of experience). Case types include creditors' voluntary liquidations and administrations.
- Drive case progression and maintain client case files.
- Handle inbound and outbound emails and phone calls.
- Draft and send correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, creditors, and stakeholders, and attend client visits as required.
- Report to a manager and work closely with senior case administrators.
- Ensure correct application of corporate insolvency procedures.
- Conduct investigations into the conduct of directors and the affairs of the company.
- Achieve statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks and general office administration duties as required.
