Have you experience working as an Junior Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep

Are you an energetic, dynamic & flexible person who thrives in a fast paced environment with a passion for sales with B2B, sales & CRM experience?

My client, a leading marketing services partner is looking to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep to join their team.

You will lead from the front in providing the highest level of service of customer engagement with the goal of driving sales.

Mon Fri permanent job onsite based in Little Island, Co. Cork

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Create customer quotations and follow ups.
• Update and maintain company CRM system.
• B2B experience
• Liaise with production/sales team & suppliers.
• Build and maintain new & existing relationships with clients/customers.
• Ensure customer expectations are met.
• Carry out tasks as required by management.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years in a similar B2B role.
• 3rd level qualification in Business/Marketing.
• Experience in quotations/estimations preferable
• Print/Design/Signage experience advantageous.
• CRM systems experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Ability to extract data and run reports.
• Strong relationship building & customer focus.
• Excellent sales/negotiation skills.
