Junior Indirect Procurement Clerk

About us:

We are a company belonging to a Japanese multinational group leader in the design and production of ELECTRIC MOTORS with a strong presence in the foreign market, and we are looking for a Junior Indirect Procurement Clerk.

Main activities:

• PO creation and matching invoices with the POs through the SAP Workflow and sending POs to vendors
• Creating downpayment requests into SAP
• Filling out Forms/Contracts and sending them for Signature.
• Basic communication with vendors
• Sending quotation requests to vendors
• Creating tickets for MD changes and collecting data from the vendors
• Taking care of spot requests for bank data verification or MD adjustments

Position Overview:

The resource will be placed in a fast-growing environment and will actively support the daily operations of the Indirect Procurement department. The goal is to permanently integrate the candidate within the organizational structure, offering a long-term perspective. Additional activities may be added, in line with process or organizational structure changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Master degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
• Italian/English Proficiency
• MS Excel basic knowledge
• SAP experience is a plus
