Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum

A great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their logistics career to join an established freight forwarding business in Ipswich.
This role is ideal for a junior candidate looking to learn shipping operations from the ground up within a supportive team environment.
What you'll do- Support import or export shipments day to day
- Assist with shipping paperwork and documentation
- Update systems and track shipments
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Learn air, road and sea freight processes
- Interest in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding
- Up to 1 year's experience (or entry-level)
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ideal entry point into freight forwarding
- Hands-on training across shipping operations
- Supportive team and structured learning
