Junior HR Officer - Education, People & Policy Impact

The King's School, Canterbury is seeking a proactive Junior HR Officer to join our HR team. You will support managers and staff across the school, handling HR administration, safeguarding compliance, payroll support and policy implementation.

You will bring experience in a generalist HR role, with strong organisational and communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. CIPD Level 5 qualification is advantageous.
