MorePeople are partnering with a long-established retail nursery group to recruit a Junior Production Operative. No experience is required; they value enthusiasm and a hands-on approach and a love of plants.

You will oversee growth of ornamental trees, help with propagation and irrigation, and use specialist horticultural equipment with full training provided.

In return, expect salary from £26,500-£28,600 per year, 31 days' leave, extensive training, overtime enhancements and an employee discount.
