SSA are recruiting a Junior Health & Safety Officer on behalf of a Main Contractor for a Dublin-based position. This is a permanent position within the company.

About the client:

Our client are a long-established Main Contractor who have a very strong reputation within Ireland and have an impressive catalogueof work across the country. You will be integrated into a wider health & safety team.

About the role:

• Dublin based role
• Salary €45,000 - €50,000 & Company Vehicle
• Become part of an established Health & Safety Team
• Full Time Permanent Position

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Report on the subcontractors' and project teams' safety performance and make suggestions to management as appropriate.
• Monitor EHS Advisors reporting into you.
• Help with the collection of Health & Safety Documentation as a whole.
• Ensure that staff are aware of their obligations.
• Partake in raising awareness of health dangers and on-site training.
• Delivery of HSE standards, systems, and processes.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Relevant Health & Safety Qualification
• Health & Safety Experience required (1 Year)
• Strong communication skills
• Full Driving Licence
