About Your New Job

As a Junior HSQE Advisor, you will promote a positive health and safety culture across multiple Civil and Utilities projects in the South East region.
You'll implement and monitor company HSQE policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
Your role will include conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, as well as delivering toolbox talks, coaching, and training to staff and contractors.
Maintain accurate HSQE records using our online EHS system, and advise site teams and management on best practices and improvements.
This is a key position within our Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental team, offering significant responsibility and scope for professional advancement.

What Skills You Need

1-2 years' experience in a similar HSQE role
Degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety (or related field)
Construction sector experience essential; utilities background a strong advantage
Knowledge of HSQE regulations, ISO standards, and best practice
Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
Full, valid Irish driver's licence
