About the Company 
A leading Irish building contractor committed to the highest standards of safety, quality and sustainability with an earned reputation for delivering outstanding quality projects is now looking to recruit a Graduate H&S Officer for their site based in Dublin 2. This is an onsite position. They specialise in Commercial, Education, Healthcare / Pharmaceutical, Restoration / Conservation, Refurbishment, Fit Out, Leisure, Residential, and Design & Build.
About your new job as a Junior EHS Officer- Implement ISO accredited safety management system requirements on site.
- Review subcontractor documentation, Method Statements, and Safe Plans of Action.
- Conduct site inductions and weekly safety briefings.
- Participate in work planning and site coordination meetings.
- Manage daily site safety, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Monitor environmental risks and hazardous materials.
- Conduct site observations, inspections, and audits.
- Compile information for the Safety File and assist in incident investigations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the EHS Manager
- Minimum of a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health.
- Minimum of 6 months experience on a Residential or Commercial Construction site.
