Junior Customer Development Manager (m/f/d)

• Understand key drivers of category and brand performance through category management, innovative sell-in stories, and activation plans to drive growth
• Act as Sales spokesperson in the innovation process to ensure incremental value for consumers, customers, Danone, and the planet
• Translate category, consumer, and shopper insights into a shared category vision that guides commercial execution across teams
• Develop shopper activation campaigns and integrate data insights to enhance category strategies, including PICOS and in-store activation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Force and manage external agencies to deliver impactful shopper communication
• Support commercial excellence by balancing market realities with internal goals and driving execution across teams
• Lead development of 4P strategies, GTM innovation plans, and brand strategy translation across channels with Marketing and Key Account
• Ensure bottom-up planning meets targets, track performance (listings, innovations, distribution), manage budgets, and support cross-functional topics

• Relevant Business Degree, with a Sales, Marketing or Business management specialization
• First experience in Marketing / Sales in FMCG are favourable, ideally in Shopper Marketing or Market Strategy
• Strong analytical, conceptual and presentation skills
• Advanced communication skills (written, oral and listening)
• Highly intrinsic motivated to learn and develop (high flexibility, high motivation, resilience and agility)
• Entrepreneurial Thinking & Solution-oriented
• Experienced in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Fluent in English & German
