Junior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer: Flexible Assignments

Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking a junior corporate/commercial lawyer to support clients on upcoming assignments. You will be part of a flexible resourcing team embedded with a sponsor Partner and a client team, gaining exposure to high-quality corporate and commercial work.

Ideal candidates are qualified lawyers with 1-6 years PQE, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively within the wider team.
