Junior Commercial & Tech Lawyer - SaaS, Cloud & IP (London)

Simmons & Simmons in London is seeking a junior commercial/tech lawyer to support the Digital Business team on an initial 3-6 month interim basis. The role is full-time with three days in the London office and offers exposure to software licenses, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing and DPAs.

You will advise on technology and data issues, IP, privacy and platform services, drafting and negotiating contracts, and gaining practical experience across commercial and tech work.
