Junior Adventure Instructor

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85 acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman inspired spa Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role

As a Junior Instructor you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our members both within the estate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting other Instructors with the execution of our Little Landies Driving, Animals & Woodland Craft Activities.

We are also looking for a Junior Instructor to support in our Horse Riding experiences. You will support in the delivery of safe and exciting lead rein experiences for children. Ideally, you'll have equine experience with a BHS stage 2 certificate but we are happy to consider equivalent experience and skills.

You will act as the greatest ambassador to Estelle Manor. You should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction along with delivering top class experiences to our members and guests. You should also be very organised and should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with Estelle Manors standards.

Please note: this is a seasonal opportunity with an anticipated start in May concluding in September.

Who we are looking for?

• Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and have experience leading adults and children in an outdoor setting.
• Knowledge of local area and excellent networking skills.
• Passion and enthusiasm for the great outdoors.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
