Currently, we are hiring to fill a full-time position to strengthen our services in the Admissions Team as:

Junior Admissions Officer (f/m/d)

Full-time (40 hours/week) - starting date: July 2025

The Junior Admissions Officer aims to manage and maintain contact with prospective students to increase response time and conversion of these leads into applicants, successfully moving them from the inquiry to the application stage of the admissions funnel. Additionally, we are looking for a new team member to provide valuable administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the Admission, Recruitment, and Marketing team.


Aufgaben
  • Data verification, correction, recording, tracking, monitoring, and follow-up of recruitment and marketing leads
  • Responding to admissions inquiries and requests by e-mail and phone
  • Organization, preparation, shipping, and tracking of packages for recruitment events, agencies, and international school counselors
  • Assistance with new agent paperwork, reference checks, and contract preparation
  • Occasional participation in online and on-site student recruitment activities, national and international
  • Assistance with admissions tasks such as printing of supplementary documents, organization of loose files, follow-up on final admissions requirements, and processing withdrawals
  • Assistance with events such as Open Information Evenings, New Student Orientation, agent and counselor familiarization, local fairs and receptions, and poster/flyer distribution
  • Assistance with school visits and campus tours

Profil

Requirements:

  • University degree, Bachelor equivalent or equivalent work experience in the admissions teams of an academic institution
  • Up to one-year relevant work experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in an educational institution or multicultural organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), online / cloud-based programs; experience in using CRM platforms is an asset
  • Fluent in oral and written English, fluency in the German language is an asset

The minimum annual gross compensation for this position amounts to EUR 36.312,77 (basis 40 hours/week); the final salary depending on your relevant experience and qualification.
