Junior Accountant

Reporting to Senior Financial Manager, the successful candidate will have to assist the Senior Financial Manager in various missions:

- Help finance in all admin task, especially during closing

- To ensure that invoices and costs related are properly introduced and allocated into the system .

- Treasury control, bank booking and reconciliation

- Collections

- Control FA , tagging all assets and balancing with accounting

- Help finance manager in all accounting matters

- Control insurances with corporate

- Liquidate fruit on time and with proper costing

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years overall experience

- Degree in accounting (Licenciatura Economicas o Empresariales)

- Proficiency in Excel

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, Portuguese appreciated.

- Organizational maturity and effectiveness.

- Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.

- Results orientated with a positive approach.

- Ability to deal with change

- Excellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers
