Junior - Supply Chain & Operations - Graduate Program

• 3 Missions of 8 months each, in different areas of supply chain and operations e.g. Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Quality and Food Safety, Manufacturing, Digital & Performance.
• Responsibility for operational activities
• Leading cross-functional projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency
• Elaboration and development of strategic concepts e.g. for our sustainability roadmap, our logistics productivity or our digital transformation
• Identification of your strengths and interests to take over a challenging position after the graduate program - leadership trainings and mentorship will support you in this process

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology or business administration with focus on supply chain
• First practical experience in supply chain or operations
• Ambitious! The program aims to develop our future leaders

• Fast adapting to dynamic environments
• Analytical skills & affinity for numbers
• Openness to change location during the program
• Flexibilty to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland

The position is limited to a duration of 2 years in our DACH offices.
