About the Company

Fantastic opportunity for a Joinery Site Foreman working on fit out to work with a very reputable Fit out Contractor in Dublin. My client specialises in High Standard / high Value projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area.

The Role

• Manage the full construction & installation of commercial fit out projects across Dublin.
• Oversee commercial and retail fit out projects and manage manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience working in the fit out industry on commercial projects valued over €1M.
• Ideally experience managing the successful installation of internal envelopes on hotel, apartment and school projects.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project).
