• Strong foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning, operational research and experimentation.

• Solid skills in Python (or R), SQL, and familiarity with modern data stacks.

• Ability to work with large, complex, real-world datasets and extract actionable insights.

• Experience building predictive or optimisation models (e.g. for routing, forecasting, supply & demand).

• Clear communication skills to translate data insights into business impact.

• Curiosity, problem-solving, and a bias toward ownership in a fast-moving environment.

• Designing models to optimise last-mile delivery, route planning, and courier allocation.

• Forecasting demand and capacity to support global expansion.

• Building tools that enable teams across Product, Operations, and Engineering to make smarter decisions.
