We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Operations professionals at any level to join us!

Job Description

Members of our Operations Team will be responsible for the day-to-day running of REAL Transfers' operations, ensuring our high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading communication with our key corporate clients and suppliers.
2. Managing transfer dispatch to drivers and ensuring bookings are properly coordinated, including monitoring flight landing times.
3. Handling client bookings accurately and resolving inquiries via phone or email.
4. Assisting with financial administration, such as raising sales invoices.
5. Participating in driver interviews to ensure candidates meet our criteria.
6. Maintaining driver paperwork in compliance with TFL regulations and legal requirements.
7. Identifying social media opportunities to promote REAL.
8. Supporting the New Business Director in following up on potential leads.
9. Representing the company at promotional events when needed.
10. Researching relevant events, news, and information that could benefit REAL.
