The firm is hiring a Paralegal (Full-Time) for its Didsbury office. This is an entry-level litigation role with full training provided, making it suitable for candidates without prior legal experience, especially those with strong client-handling or sales backgrounds.

• Handling low-value claims from initiation to settlement
• Managing a caseload under solicitor supervision
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding case updates
• Filing claims through the MOJ Portal and Official Injury Claims Portal
• Instructing medical experts and assessing claim valuation
• Negotiating settlements with relevant parties
• Ensuring compliance with procedural and legal requirements
• Issuing court proceedings where necessary
• Meeting performance targets and contributing to firm revenue

• No prior legal experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles preferred
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Target-driven and proactive attitude
