• Assisting with property transactions (sales and purchases)
• Drafting and preparing conveyancing-related legal documents
• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Communicating with clients, solicitors, and third parties
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting the conveyancing team in meeting deadlines and compliance standards
• Participating in client meetings and property viewings

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (or equivalent experience)
