Position Overview:

The organisation is hiring full-time lawyers on a retainership basis to manage and represent the company in its litigation matters across multiple domains of law.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling company litigation matters
• Representing the company in civil, criminal, arbitration, and rent cases
• Managing legal strategy and case proceedings
• Coordinating and handling ongoing disputes and legal documentation

Eligibility:

• Law graduates with 5-10 years of litigation experience
• Strong practical exposure to court procedures and dispute resolution
• Ability to independently handle litigation matters
