Job Coach for ALN Interns - Empower Youth to Work

Gower College Swansea is seeking a dedicated job coach to work with interns with additional learning needs (ALN) and to identify their strengths, interests, and abilities for skill acquisition, job development and employment. You will support young people's development toward employability and coordinate with local businesses to meet employment needs.

You will determine and refer learners to appropriate support services for training and successful employment, with travel to local employers such
