An exciting opportunity to join a high-end Jewellery and Diamond company has arisen for an experienced Sales Liaison Specialist for their office in Central London. The successful candidate must have a background within high-end Jewellery or Luxury Retail and have a passion for this industry.
GeneralThe Sales Liaison team plays a critical role and provides outstanding support to all of our retail regions, which includes but is not limited to the following: Daily product enquiries, special-orders and VIP quotations, aftersales management & stock support for events and store openings. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and will be working closely with a variety of teams & senior management.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Liaison Specialist, your main responsibility will be to leverage your product and industry expertise to accomplish the following missions:
- Daily client product enquiries.
- Processing & managing client special orders.
- Creation of VIP client presentations.
- Assisting with product selection for exhibitions & store openings.
- Highly organized and a keen eye for detail.
- Problem solver.
- Commercially driven, self-motivated and curious.
- Prioritization of own work load and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
- Understanding of jewellery and/or luxury retail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience and confidence with working with senior management.
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
- Deal with e-mail/telephone enquiries on a timely basis.
