and Jet2holidays are always looking for great people to join our award-winning team of colleagues. We have an opportunity available for a Customer Operations Co-ordinator, basedatLow Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport.

The Operations Control Centre (OCC) is one of the busiest and most dynamic areas of Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, it sits at the heart of our flying programme, where every decision can directly impact our Customers, Aircraft and Colleagues.

Reporting to the Airline Customer Operations Duty Manager, you'll monitor our operational flying programme and respond to disruption through effective decision-making, problem-solving and excellent organisation.

You'll work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, providing solutions and ensuring the right actions are taken when operational challenges arise.

What you'll be doing:
  • Monitoring the operational flying programme and supporting the management of airline disruption.
  • Communicating disruption and operational updates across the network.
  • Assisting and advising internal and external stakeholders, providing effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Managing processes relating to disruptive passengers and ensuring all relevant teams are kept informed of actions taken.
  • Supporting the implementation of our passenger welfare policy in line with relevant EU regulations and standards.
  • Managing multiple workstreams while prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role will work on a shift basis, working 2-day shifts 2-night shifts 4 days off - 12-hour shifts.

What you'll have:

Experience within an airline or tour operator would be desirable, but it isn't essential. What matters most is your ability to think clearly, make effective decisions and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and focused when working to tight deadlines.
  • A process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the confidence to take ownership of situations.

While this role is not customer-facing, it plays an integral part in managing airline disruption and passenger welfare across our network.
