Program DetailsThe JD Young (JDY) Internship Program is a 3 to 6 month role that gives interns exposure to real projects, responsibilities, and learning experiences within the company.
Responsibilities- Support HR Business Partners with day to day people operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist with employee communications, documentation, and HR administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and data using Excel and internal HR systems.
- Coordinate HR projects and help ensure tasks are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Provide general support to employees and collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance the employee experience.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with employees at different levels.
- Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail when handling data and documentation.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in Human Resources.
