Java Technical Lead

What will you be doing?

• Understanding agile development methodology and practicing it in day-to-day work
• Contributing to cost and effort estimation
• Devising API strategy and providing solution design options for disparate data integration applications
• Undertaking analysis of change requests/incidents against applications/products within domain
• Leading story-based development & unit test and adherence to all coding standards
• Ensuring delivery of high quality code that achieves consistently high code quality and testing coverage ratings
• Reporting progress in JIRA against assigned activities in timely manner
• Being supportive within the team, both technically and culturally

What we're looking for:

• Solid Experience in OOP concept & Databases traditional Relational DBMS & NoSQL(MongoDB)
• Exposure to RESTful APIs implementation in Java SpringBoot framework/System Design
• Knowledge and understanding of Cloudbased Ecosystem (AWS/ApaaS) and advanced CI/CD principles awareness
• Background in API security aspects(Gateways)

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Engineering Graduate or MCA (or equivalent degree/ experience)
• Exposure to Data modelling /Deployment on Cloud
• Proven track record in building, managing, and mentoring engineering team,
