Java Engineer

Our client is looking for a Java Engineer for a six month initial contract, working remotely with occasional travel to Croydon. This role requires an active SC clearance and will be working via Umbrella.

• Experience of Java
• Experience of Spring framework or equivalent
• Knowledge of software design patterns and when to apply them
• Excellent knowledge of development processes
• Experience of containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
• A passion for delivering quality code, by use of TDD and setting high software quality standard
