About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company investing heavily in their IT systems. The company recently invested £35 million in a new sales portal, with ongoing investments.

The role involves leading Java software development (approximately 50% of the role) and overseeing a full stack team of Java developers.

Candidate profile

• Experienced Java developer with leadership or management experience and a desire to continue in this path
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with C-level executives

Requirements

• Excellent Java development skills, hands-on experience required
