Job Description

Looking to make an impact in a highly collaborative development environment? Our client is seeking a senior-level Java Developer to support a core application driving critical communication strategies.

Compensation

$55-70/hr., DOE

What You'll Be Doing
  • Enhancing and supporting applications used to manage communicationand outreach.
  • Developing and integrating Java (Spring)-based APIs for distributed systems.
  • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for DB2 databases.
  • Collaborating daily in a team environment, including peer programming.
  • Handling ad hoc requests for data, reporting, and cross-team support.
  • Following regulatory best practices forcompliance.
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Deep familiarity with both SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Experience with stored procedures, MQ, or Java Batch is a plus.
  • Bonus points for exposure to COBOL or JCL/mainframe systems.
