Salary: Approximately 45,000 DKK/month (Equivalent to EUR 6,000/month or approx. JPY 12,000,000/year)
Location: Denmark

Job Description: Provide support for Windows-based servers and client systems for Japanese financial institutions and securities firms.
Responsibilities (Hands-on):
- Handle overall IT support operations
- Lead response to inquiries, troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution
- Prepare documentation such as release procedures and configuration management records
- Propose and implement improvements to systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and collaborate with both internal and external parties
Responsibilities (Management):
- Design and manage IT support operations
- Plan and manage the implementation of operational improvement initiatives
- Conduct meetings and coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders
Requirements
- Japanese to mother tongue standard
- Knowledge and experience in Windows servers and networking
- Strong perseverance, consistency, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in network/server environments
- Preferably experienced in infrastructure setup using the following technologies:
- Servers: Windows, Linux, CUCM (Cisco), Cloud (AWS)
- Networks: Cisco (L2/L3/Firewall/Wireless), F5 (Load Balancers); Knowledge of voice systems (VoIP, IVR, Bandwidth control, etc.)
