Japan Regional VP: Growth Leader in AI Sales

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the Japan Region and shape Elastic's sales strategy for the Japanese market. You will build a scalable, repeatable sales motion, drive new logo acquisition, and expand existing customers while reporting to the Area VP for Japan.

You will manage Account Executives, engage in strategic deals, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver customer value.
