Job Description

Almediqa in the UAE is seeking an experienced Nursing Director - IVF to lead nursing and allied health services, driving clinical quality, patient safety and operational performance across the IVF centre.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Nursing, at least 5 years of IVF clinical experience and 5 years in nursing management, with strong leadership capabilities and UAE nursing licensure or eligibility. A Master's degree in Nursing/Healthcare Management or IVF is highly desirable.
