TAM Specialist - Hardware Asset Management

Are you passionate about IT Asset Management and ready to make an impact in a global IT environment? We're looking for an experienced ITAM Specialist (Hardware Asset Management) to join a dynamic team on a contract basis and help drive excellence in asset life cycle management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full life cycle of IT assets (hardware): from acquisition to retirement.
  • Support asset discovery and ensure accurate tracking of asset usage (over/under-utilization).
  • Maintain data quality and support integration/testing activities across systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve asset and configuration management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and ITIL v3 standards.
  • Contribute to service transitions and license true-ups.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Management tools (eg, ServiceNow, CMDB).
  • Familiarity with system integration and application management.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • Excellent communication skills with both end-users and vendors.
  • A relevant university degree and fluency in English.
