Italy Sales Leader: Growth, Strategy & Field Execution

Ferring Italy is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the national organization, drive commercial performance across Gastroenterology, Urology/Pediatrics Fertility, Gynecology and Specialty, and ensure a strong field presence with hands-on leadership in Milan.

This role requires strategic vision, accountability, extensive travel, and close collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Finance to translate strategy into action and sustainable growth.
