Italian Kitchen Lead - Assistant Head Chef (Growth Path)

Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts in our busy kitchen. You will partner with the Head Chef to run the pass, uphold high standards, and deliver Italian dishes for dine-in and delivery. This hands-on role requires calm under pressure and a passion for coaching junior chefs to grow.

You'll manage stock, labour, safety, and hygiene while fostering a positive team culture. You'll balance fast-paced service with safety and cost controls, while upholding cleanliness and food
